Who we are

Faizel has worked in education for more than 20 years across a range of schools. His longest tenure was the 9 years he spent at Wetherby Pre-Prep School where he successfully prepared children for entry to schools such as St Paul’s Juniors, Westminster Under, King’s College School and Sussex House. Faizel has also worked as the principal at International Schools, helping to build and establish these schools from their early days. As co-founder of Education Beyond, Faizel has continued to help children gain places at the best independent schools in London including schools such as St. Paul’s Girls’ School, Godolphin and Latymer and Latymer Upper School.

Tajana has worked as a coach and mentor for the last 10 years and has a particular interest in neuroscience and the ways in which it can benefit individuals. Tajana has helped numerous individuals to overcome various challenges and thrive in their lives. These challenges have included severe health challenges as well as mental and emotional challenges.

Our method

Education Beyond was founded by Tajana and Faizel Manjoo. Our goal is to revolutionise education as the current approach and system is outdated and does not serve children in the best way possible. The approach and methodology that we have developed blends cutting-edge neuroscientific and personal-coaching techniques with academic work. This is a recipe for success and guarantees exceptional performance and phenomenal results. As well as working with children, we also work with adults and organisations to guide them through the process of overcoming any challenges they face and discovering how truly remarkable we all are.
