WHO WE ARE
Faizel Manjoo has worked in education for over 20 years, across independent and international school settings. His experience includes senior leadership as a Principal, alongside extensive classroom teaching and direct preparation for selective school entry. During his nine years at Wetherby Pre-Prep School, he supported pupils in securing places at leading schools including St Paul’s Juniors, Westminster Under and King’s College School. Since founding Education Beyond, he has continued to prepare pupils for entry to some of the most competitive independent schools in London, including St Paul’s Girls’, Godolphin & Latymer and Latymer Upper. He prepared pupils across 7+, 8+ and 11+ entry points, with many families continuing through to 13+ preparation as their children progressed.
Through senior leadership roles and advisory work, Faizel now supports schools, school groups and educational organisations seeking stronger outcomes and greater consistency in high-stakes preparation. His work focuses on strengthening how pupils perform under pressure, how preparation is structured across cohorts, and how leadership teams and staff align around clear performance expectations. This perspective informs strategic partnerships, teacher development and organisational consultation, supporting institutions in refining preparation practices with clarity, composure and measurable impact.
OUR METHOD
Education Beyond was founded to bring greater clarity, composure and precision to educational preparation. The work integrates academic development with diagnostic insight and neuroscientific principles, ensuring pupils access their capability reliably under assessment conditions.
