Payment and Cancellation Policy


Lesson payment 

 Lesson payments must be made 48 hours prior to the lesson. If payment is not received by this time, we reserve the right to cancel the lesson and the lesson charges (including late payment charges if applicable) will still apply.

 

 Late payment charge

 Lessons not paid for on the day of, or prior to, the lesson will incur a late payment charge of £10 per day. To avoid incurring late payment charges, we kindly ask that you ensure that all lessons are paid for on time. 

 *Please note: When paying for lessons in advance, payment is due by the date specified on the invoice. If payment is not received by this date, late charges of £10 per day will be applied as stated above.

 

 Lesson cancellations and changes

 Once a regular slot has been agreed, this can only be changed to another day or time pending availability. If no alternative day or time is available, clients will need to honour the agreed day and time of lessons. 

 

Please note that a minimum of 48hrs notice is required in order to cancel a lesson otherwise the full amount will be charged.

 

Termination of lessons

 Should you wish to discontinue lessons, a 6-week notice period is required. This is to be given in writing. Failing this, normal lesson charges will apply (ie. If your child usually has 2 lessons a week, the normal charge for this will be applied over the 6-week period).

 Deposit

A deposit of £600 is required before lessons begin. This will be returned in full provided that all parts of this policy are adhered to. 

 **In the case of lessons (or late payment charges) not paid on time, we reserve the right to discontinue lessons with immediate effect
